MUESLI RECIPES

1. Muesli Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

* cup muesli
* cup milk
* banana, sliced
* tablespoon Try Once honey, maple syrup or Try Once Coconut Honey

Instructions:

Combine muesli and milk in a bowl. Let it soak for a few minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator if you prefer a softer texture. Top with sliced banana. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Serve immediately.

2. Muesli Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

* cup Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup muesli
* tablespoon Try Once honey

Instructions:

In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.  Add a layer of muesli.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and muesli. Drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately.

3. Muesli Bars

Ingredients:

* 2 cups muesli
* 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
* 1/3 cup Try Once honey

Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the nut butter and honey, stirring until well combined. In a large bowl, mix the muesli. Pour the melted nut butter and honey mixture over the muesli. Stir until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
